At The Black Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
